Come walk in the Glow Parade while carrying/wearing lights or creations of glowing light. The parade starts at the Monticello Community Center down Walnut St. to West Bridge Park where there will be fire pits, mini donuts, and hot cocoa. Contact sue.montiarts@gmail.com for more info.
